Then when we needed it again, we reinstalled and went to re-activate and the activation failed. Granted knowing this up front would have been fine with us but when we installed and utilized the software in the past we later removed it from our systems as we don't keep software installed if not needed - prevents potential of threat due to vulnerabilities. However, on the features they state that the license is 'Multiple User' but what they don't tell you nor direct your to is their license policy which states up to 3 installations/activations. The software is great and we have needed it multiple times. Great software.but beware of licensing/activations.
